In order to benefit from this guarantee, you will be required to present the guarantee note delivered with your purchase or proof of purchase from an authorised Hooked Concepts dealer. What is not covered in the warranty? The guarantee does not cover leather and steel straps or any damages tot the bracelet caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, careless handling or unauthorised tampering as well as normal wear and tear or aging. The guarantee is null and void if the bracelet has been taken apart or has been serviced by unauthorised persons. Watches Hooked Concepts guarantees your watch for 24 months from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects. In order to benefit from this guarantee, you will be required to present the guarantee card delivered with your purchase or proof of purchase from an authorised Hooked Concepts dealer. What is not covered in the warranty? The guarantee does not cover batteries, leather and steel straps, glasses or cases or any damages tot the watch caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, careless handling or unauthorised tampering as well as normal wear and tear or aging The guarantee is null and void if the watch has been opened, taken apart or has been serviced by unauthorised persons. How long is the battery of my watch?Batteries fitted in our timepieces are expected to last between 1 to 3 years depending on external factors such as, but not limited to: external temperature, humidity, air pressure, etc.
Is my watch water resistance?
Your watch has a water resistance of 5ATM. This means that it is suitable for showering, but cannot be worn for swimming or diving. Damages caused under these circumstances are not covered by the guarantee.
